Mennen is a human resource and training consultant who has addressed professionals here and abroad.

He is currently a faculty member of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, there he teaches Information Technology and is a consulting resource for the university’s Online Learning Initiative. As faculty of the Ateneo Center for Continuing Education, he facilitates courses in planning, strategic execution, process excellence, coaching, and instructional design.

He was the former Chief Business Development Officer of FranklinCovey in the Philippines. There he also facilitates courses like 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, 4 Disciplines of Execution, Leadership Greatness, and Project Management among others. He is also a Gallup Strengths Finder coach, helping leaders tap into and discover, apply, and be excellent in each of their 34 Leadership competencies

He also conducts leadership and strategic planning sessions. He also conducts surveys and research studies around Engagement, Organizational Climate, Customer Satisfaction, and Net Promoter Scores. He has a combined 28-year national sales experience in the following industries: pharmaceuticals, computer-aided learning solutions, telecommunications, and education.
