Jeff is a passionate believer in people and leadership skills development; he invested 16 years, working with local and multinational FMCG companies so that he can effectively help others successfully develop their careers and effectively lead winning teams. His love for life lessons shows in his talks, trainings and articles; and having finished two full marathons himself, he also teaches the power of purpose-driven determination and passion. Apart from his corporate and personal credentials, Jeff also holds an MBA degree from De La Salle University and has also undergone Franklin Covey’s trainer level for the “4 Disciplines of Execution”.
Jeff began his leadership journey in 2003 and started coaching and training in 2007, building high performing teams and developing next generations leaders. He had the privilege of managing teams he inherited and teams that he had to build from scratch; eventually allowing him to lead individuals from different generations.
Jeff brings with him not only the knowledge and theory of achieving goals through others, he himself has implemented these principles with the teams he led. He knows and understands what leaders and aspiring leaders go through in their corporate careers.
His sales background gave him experiences and expertise in B2B selling, route-to-market strategy (Philippines and Thailand market), distributor management, business development, retail channel management to name a few. Jeff’s competence on sales strategy formulation and execution coupled with the passion to develop team and individual talents allowed him to consistently deliver the desired sales results.
